Becoming a Club Member in the Williamson County Disc Golf Club is easy. Just Three things;
1. Agree to be an ambassador for the sport, the club, and the area courses. We strive to be good citizens and good examples to others playing and watching.
Our local courses are in public parks. In other words, they are not our personal backyard. We play there as a privilege.
Our goal is to build a community of golfers that care; golfers that care about the courses & adjacent neighbors, rules & courtesy, new players, out-of-towners, and other park users.
2. If you are local, agree to attend at least two Volunteer Workdays each year.
If that sounds like you, then go to # 3
3. Purchase a Yearly Membership for $10. You get a Club Bag Tag for the current year. (a sequentially numbered tag used for a fun ongoing challenge ladder) See Bag Tag Thread on the forum for more info. Click HERE
Income from club membership goes to a sports coverage policy for club events, for hosting club events, and for course maintenance.
In addition, we try to keep up with Bag Tag swaps on the club page of Disc Golf Scene. HERE is the link.
